A very helpful, friendly and professional service with plenty of good advice . Our hot tub had been sat empty for nearly 2 years but Mark gave it a full clean through and service , replaced the head rests and fitted a lid lifter , and had it up and running perfectly. Would highly recommend his services to any body needing a service or repairs

Over 2 years Mark serviced and looked after our hot tub including a repair. He was very professional, friendly and competent. We highly recommend him. Our only regret is moving out of his area is that we can no longer use him.

We contacted Mark at the Wizard of Pool and Spa a few years ago on recommendation from someone else in our village who had used his services. Initially it was just to look at the hot tub as it had stopped working. However we were so impressed by how efficiently and professionally he diagnosed and repaired our hot tub, that we have used Mark regularly since to maintain it for us. He is a very knowledgeable, friendly guy, who can fit into spaces under the hot tub you just wouldn't believe.
